Andy Willmore

With a 30-year career in the environmental sector, and gaining a MA in Landscape Management in 2008, it has been a privilege to grow from working as a ranger, then as a project officer, project and programme manager, environmental regeneration manager, and regional development manager.

The experience gained has led to an impressive understanding of nature conservation, environmental regeneration, landscape architecture, project development, fundraising and income generation, community development and people engagement.

Working in both the public and charity sector, has led to an awareness of current issues within parks and countryside management and the importance of taking a strategic overview, developing business plans, and managing staff to ensure effective delivery.

Goals include to further the depth and breadth of my work, and to continue making a difference in the environmental sector.
