Business Manager

Denise has spent the last 9 years working in social care with adults with learning disabilities as a Service Manager, overseeing 2 residential homes with 12 residents. She managed a staff team of 14. Some of the responsibilities included, budgets and finance audits, dealing with all health matters and general welfare, coordinating with professionals and families. Managing staff rotas, updating staff and resident files, creating and updating risk assessments and mental capacity assessments. Denise was involved with implementing moving from paper-based way of working to an online system.

Denise has run her own businesses, over 10 years in the hospitality industry and more recently an art exhibition franchise.

She joined Adonis Blue for a new opportunity working in a beautiful environment and learning more about nature.

Denise’s new role is office based in the consultancy and she uses her transferrable skills gained from previously working within a diverse culture.

Denise assists the Executive Team wherever needed to help with the smooth operation of the business.
