Jess Martin-Joiner

Jess graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc Zoology with Hons, before starting as a sub-contractor with Adonis Blue in 2023 and became a full-time member of staff later on in the year.

Before joining Adonis Blue, she sub-contracted for other ecological consultancies during her time at university. She was able to join the team and put her skills and knowledge to work for the consultancy, while developing her ecological skill set through training from other ecologists within Adonis Blue.

She has experience in a range of species and habitat surveys; she started working towards her Dormouse license in April 2024. And is aiming to achieve her Morph River condition qualification in 2025.
